This policy applies to all designs, products, and content uploaded or submitted to the platform.

By uploading any content, you confirm that you comply with all applicable UK, EU, and international laws, including intellectual property and consumer protection legislation.

Seller Warranties & Responsibilities

By uploading a design, you warrant and represent that:

You are the owner of the intellectual property rights, or
You hold a valid licence, authorisation, or legal right to use, reproduce, and commercially exploit the design

This includes, but is not limited to, rights under:

Copyright law
Trademark law
Design rights
Passing off and unfair competition laws

You remain solely responsible for any content you upload and for any claims arising from its use.

Prohibited Content

You must not upload, sell, or distribute content that infringes or violates the rights of any third party or applicable law.

Intellectual Property Infringement

This includes, without limitation:

Copyrighted artwork, logos, or designs without authorisation
Registered or unregistered trademarks without permission
Brand names, slogans, or trade dress likely to cause confusion
Celebrity names, likenesses, or signatures without consent
Fan art or derivative works based on films, television, games, music, sports teams, or other protected works without a valid licence

Counterfeit & Misleading Products

You must not create or sell:

Counterfeit, imitation, or replica goods
Products presented as “official”, “authorised”, or “licensed” where this is not the case
Designs intended to mislead consumers as to origin, endorsement, or affiliation

Such conduct may constitute trademark infringement and unfair commercial practices under UK and EU law.

Illegal, Harmful & Restricted Content

You must not upload content that:

Is unlawful under UK, EU, or applicable international law
Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against protected groups
Contains extremist or terrorist content
Includes sexually explicit material involving minors
Encourages or facilitates illegal activities
Is otherwise abusive, harmful, or offensive

Monitoring, Enforcement & Remedies

We reserve the right (but are not obliged) to monitor, review, or remove content at our discretion.

Where a violation is identified:

The relevant order(s) will be cancelled
The seller will receive a formal warning
Any resulting losses or costs may remain the responsibility of the seller

No compensation will be provided for cancelled orders resulting from policy breaches.

Repeat Infringements & Account Termination

In accordance with EU and UK digital platform regulations, we operate a repeat infringer policy.

Repeated or serious breaches may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of your account
Removal of all associated products and listings
Permanent restriction from accessing the platform

Account termination may occur without prior notice where legally permitted.

Reporting & Rights Holder Notices

Rights holders may submit infringement notices to our support team, including evidence of ownership or authorisation.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may:

Remove or disable access to the infringing content
Cancel affected orders
Take further action against the seller where appropriate

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

Determine whether content violates this policy
Cooperate with rights holders and regulatory authorities
Disclose seller information where required by law

Nothing in this policy limits our legal rights or remedies under applicable law.
