Delivery & Dispatch

We aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and reliable as possible

On this page you’ll find everything you need to know about our dispatch times, delivery options, delivery costs and estimated arrival dates. Whether you’re ordering a single item or placing a larger bulk order, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Whilst Royal Mail normally deliver all first class post within 1-2 working days, they can on occasion take longer. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive, allow 7 days before calling us. We cannot authorise any remakes before this time has passed as Royal Mail have been known to deliver within this time.

However, if you paid to have Express delivery, contact us immediately as we can provide you with the tracking reference to chase it with the carrier.

What are your dispatch times?

Our dispatch times are the best on the web.

If you order a stock item before 2pm Mon-Fri, we aim to dispatch it the same day. If you order a non-stock item before 2pm Mon-Thurs, we aim to dispatch it the following day.

Stock item orders over the weekend are generally dispatched on Monday, and non-stock items ordered over the weekend on Tuesday.

After dispatch, our standard delivery (Royal Mail First Class) typically arrives the next day in the UK (but can take up to 7 days), in 6/7 working days to the EU and 10 working days worldwide. It is important to note that delivery times are out of our control, as we do not deliver the goods ourselves.

Please note that the times quoted are estimates. Sometimes dispatch may take a little longer depending on stock, our workload and staff availability / illness.

Can I have my order quicker than your standard delivery times?

Yes you can. When you checkout, select the Express Delivery option. Express delivery, offered through DPD Local, can help to guarantee that you receive the ordered goods by a particular day.

The additional charge for express delivery depends on the number of garments that you order, as well as their weight. Express delivery for Saturday carries an additional charge on top of the existing prices. By going with the express delivery option, we will be provided with a tracking number, which can be used on the DPD Local website to track your parcel in transit.

While express delivery is a very secure form of delivery, streesthirts cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost or delayed, as service is run and controlled directly by DPD.

Express delivery is only available on parcels being delivered within the mainland UK (excluding highlands and islands).

What's the difference between dispatch and delivery?

Dispatch refers to the period of time it takes for us to make your customised garment and pass it to the postal service or courier for delivery.

This is different to the delivery time, which is how long the delivery service takes to get the package from our offices to your home.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Standard delivery to the UK starts at £4.99 (Guaranteed delivery options are available during checkout for an additional charge.)

The basket will calculate your delivery charges to your location.

What delivery method do you use?

We use Royal Mail, and send all our parcels first class as standard. The majority of orders will fit through a standard postbox so you will not need to wait in.

For express orders we use DPD, if you have selected this option you will receive tracking information once we have dispatched your order.
